Amazon.com Product Description Crisp, polished and impeccable, this fine timepiece from TAG Heuer is a luxury waiting to be worn. Its handsome, 20-millimeter-wide stainless-steel band links to a 42-millimeter-in-diameter stainless-steel case. A polished, stainless-steel bezel frames the silver-tone dial of this watch and is protected by a scratch-resistant sapphire dial window. Silver-tone shape hour indicators, silver stick minute and second markers and a date window at the six o'clock position add beauty and convenience to the dial. Written hour labels and a day-of-the-week calendar window at the 12 o'clock position add a unique touch, while luminescent hands makes it easy to read this automatic watch that's water resistant to an impressive 660 feet.

| Customer Reviews: It is not a new watch August 26, 2010 Stephanie I bought this watch last Thursday and it said it is a new watch. But I just found that it is a returned watch from some other customer when I got it today, since there was a note in the box saying "Reason: Defective/Does not work properly ....action requested: Refund" also, the watch I got is not working at all at the time when I got it.
Nice watch but... April 7, 2010 Christopher Little 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
They did not stamp the warranty and offered no solution to this other than returning the watch. Two problems with this, it was a present and secondly they offered $4 for return costs when they had charged $35 to deliver it. It is a very expensive watch - I want a valid warranty.
Yet to receive the balance of deposit and export tax which was taken at about 15% of value of watch, $300+.
Rolex? What Rolex? December 30, 2009 M. Brockmeier (the Chi) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
This is just a great watch. Probably won't ever need another, but if you like watches, as I do, this one will still find a steady spot in the rotation.
The first reviewer's particular model must be slightly off, as mine keeps perfect time. It's as reliable as my Blackberry.
You can't tell from Amazon's images, but the back of the case is clear so that you can see the movement. It's a great touch. Also, the closure is push button, unlike the typical clasp. Feels more durable. Also, the band doesn't pull your wrist hair like others I own. Another thing you can't tell is that the second hand ticks three times/ second, not just every second. Not a sweeping movement like a Rolex, but it's distinctive. I'm not actually sure if this is common to all TAG Heuers or not, but either way this is a nice feature.
A classic watch, despite the negative publicity by TAG's most visible sponsee (yes, it's a word). The size, weight, materials, features, and accuracy are top notch.
Love this watch! February 10, 2009 C. Johnson 11 out of 11 found this review helpful
I purchased this watch directly from Amazon two weeks ago. I noticed that it gains about 10 seconds per day, or around 1.24 minutes per week. I was initially concerned about this and was considering sending it back to be either repaired or replaced. I hated to go through that hassle, however. In the process of doing this, I learned that while it is an authentic Tag watch, it isn't covered by the Tag warranty, because Amazon isn't an authorized Tag dealer. It is covered by a two year warranty from Amazon though. Amazon was willing to refund my money if I returned it, but as I did some research, it seemed that this is a common issue with Tag mechanical watches, and mechanical watches in general. This is the first watch that non-battery operated watch I've owned in years.
I called the Tag service center to talk to a repair tech about my watch and get a ballpark cost of paying to have it repaired. The tech asked me how much time it gained per week. I told her about 1.24 minutes per week. She told me that the tolerance was 2 minutes per week and that my watch was within the tolerance. As a result of this information and other information that I found online, I've decided to do nothing.
In conclusion, I was a little concerned when I learned that the watch wasn't covered by the Tag warranty. Given that I saved around a thousand dollars, I'm ok with the tradeoff. As far as the watch gaining time, after researching that issue, I'm ok with that as well. The watch is beautiful and I am well satisfied.
