Comfortable June 21, 2010 Kevin A. Herr (Mesa, AZ USA) I've got to say that these Skagen mesh band watches are the most comfortable watches I've ever owned. Never a pulled hair on my arm like most metal bands I've tried. Anyway, this specific one also gets more compliments than any other watch I've owned, oddly enough only women notice it.
The Only Brand I'll Buy March 27, 2010 Brent Dudenhoeffer This is my forth Skagen watch and there will certainly be a fifth in my near future. Great products, high quality and lightweight/thin design. However, I only give it four stars because the machinery precision of the clasp is less than that of my other three (7-8 years old) other Skagens.
That being said, I still think Skagen is THE highest value watch on the market.
Love the product and service February 17, 2010 Julie Mangan (Australia) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Very happy with my new watch, it's gorgeous and functional. Also very impressed with amazon service. Great will purchase again.
Good deal! February 8, 2010 S. Gupta (Philadelphia, PA. USA) Pros: This watch looks great and I've heard lots of praise for it from acquaintances. The wristband is a wire mesh band which I like. The dial is pretty thin (though its thickest part is thicker than what's mentioned) and so it looks good on smaller wrists. The most important thing to me is that the wristband size can be adjusted by me very easily at home without any fancy tools and it can be adjusted to pretty small wrist sizes. (My wrist is around 16 cm. = 6.5 inches in circumference.)
Cons: Does not have a seconds hand which does irritate me sometimes but I knew about it when I bought it. Also, having the date would not be a bad idea but again, I bought it knowing that fact. The only worry that I have is that the wristband clasp might become a bit loose after a year or so in which case, ...
All in all, a good buy for the price I paid ($56.84)!
Nice October 27, 2009 Greg C. Rubin (WI. U.S.A.) Good deal. Not a problem yet. Don't wear it at work. Keeps good time. Everyone that sees it loves it.
